Colours, fonts and branding
Make your help centre match your brand by setting your brand colour, fonts and logo. PinkDocs applies your choices to every docs page, block and the AI assistant.

Set your brand colour
Your brand colour is used for links, buttons, icons, active sidebar items and highlights. The default is PinkDocs pink (#ff26b9).
Open the appearance settings
In your WordPress admin, go to PinkDocs → Settings and open the Appearance tab.

Choose your colour
Click the Brand colour field and pick a colour, or paste a hex code such as #2563eb.
Save and check
Click Save Changes, then open a doc on your site to check the result.
Set your fonts
By default, PinkDocs uses your theme's fonts so your docs look like the rest of your site. To use a different font, choose one in the Typography options on the same Appearance tab, or set it with custom CSS.
Add your logo
Your help centre uses your site logo from your theme. To change it:
Go to Appearance → Editor, open your header template, select the Site Logo block and upload your logo.
Go to Appearance → Customize → Site Identity and click Select logo.
Light and dark mode
PinkDocs includes a dark mode for comfortable reading at night. Readers can switch between light and dark mode on any docs page, and PinkDocs adjusts your brand colour and backgrounds automatically.
