Getting support
Support is built into PinkDocs. You can raise a ticket, follow the conversation and get replies without leaving your WordPress admin, and see suggested help articles while you type.
Try these first
Many questions are answered in minutes:
Search the help centre
Use the search box at the top of any page. Try different words if your first search doesn't find an answer.
Ask the AI assistant
Open the chat and ask your question in your own words.
Check common fixes
Read Troubleshooting common issues and the Frequently asked questions.
Raise a support ticket
Open Support
In your WordPress admin, go to PinkDocs → Support.
Start a new ticket
Click New ticket. The ticket form opens.
Describe the problem
Add a short Subject, pick a Topic and explain what you did, what you expected and what happened. Suggested help articles appear beside the form as you type, so check them first: one may already have the answer.
Attach screenshots or files
Drag files into the form, paste a screenshot, or click to choose files. You can attach up to 3 files of 5 MB each.
Check your details and send
Your name and the Reply to email are filled in from your WordPress account; change them if replies should go somewhere else. Leave Attach a system report on so we get your versions without asking. Click Send ticket.
Follow your tickets
PinkDocs → Support lists every ticket from your site. Use the tabs to switch between Open, Solved and All.
- Replies: open a ticket to read the conversation. Images you or our team attached show right in the conversation.
- Reply or add files: type in the reply box at the bottom and attach more files if needed.
- New replies: a number on the Support menu item shows unread replies, and we also email the Reply to address on the ticket.
- Solved: close a ticket yourself once your question is answered.
What to include
With Attach a system report on, we get your WordPress, PinkDocs, PHP and theme versions automatically. Add these yourself:
| Detail | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Steps to reproduce | What you did, what you expected and what happened |
| Where it happens | The page or doc URL, and whether it's in the editor or on your site |
| Screenshots | A screenshot of the problem or the exact error message |
| Recent changes | Any plugin, theme or setting you changed before it started |
Response times
We reply in the order tickets arrive, usually within one to two business days, and customers with an active licence are answered first. Tickets with clear steps and screenshots are resolved faster.
