Reviewing AI-suggested changes to docs
When an AI tool, such as Claude connected through MCP, changes a published doc, PinkDocs can save the change as a suggested revision instead of publishing it. You review each suggestion and decide whether it goes live.

Choose how AI changes are handled
PinkDocs has two access modes for AI tools:
| Mode | Published docs | New docs | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drafts | Changes are saved as suggested revisions for review | Saved as drafts | Most teams. Nothing goes live without a person checking it. |
| Full access | Changes are published straight away | Can be published directly | Trusted workflows where you review changes in other ways |
Set the mode
Open the MCP settings
Go to PinkDocs → Settings and open the MCP tab.
Choose the access mode
Choose Drafts or Full access.

What to check in each suggestion
- Accuracy: settings, menu paths and steps match your product.
- Tone: the text matches the rest of your help centre.
- Links: every link goes to the right doc.
- Blocks: steps, alerts and FAQs display correctly.
