Analytics: traffic, search and engagement
PinkDocs analytics show how readers use your help centre: which docs they read, what they search for and how helpful they find your docs. Use these reports to decide what to write and improve next.

A monthly review routine
Spend 20 minutes each month on this routine:
Check failed searches
Open the Search report and list searches that returned no results. Write or update docs to cover them.
Fix unhelpful docs
Open the Feedback report and improve the three docs with the most not helpful ratings.
Update top docs
Open the Traffic report and check your five most-viewed docs are still accurate.
Review AI questions
Open the AI report and read questions the assistant couldn't answer.
Common questions
Analytics start collecting data once PinkDocs is active and readers visit published docs. Check back after a few days of traffic.
Visits from logged-in administrators are excluded so your own testing doesn't skew the results.
