Where do I raise a ticket?

In your WordPress dashboard, open PinkDocs → Support and click New ticket. Tickets are raised from inside the plugin so your system report travels with them.

What is in the system report?

Your WordPress, PHP and server versions and limits, active theme and plugins, PinkDocs settings, diagnostics and a conflict scan. It shows whether an AI key is set, never the key itself, and never passwords.

Can I see the report before it is sent?

Yes. Click Preview next to Attach a system report to see exactly what will be sent. You can also untick it.

Do I need a license to get help?

Anyone can ask for help. Customers with an active license are answered first, so activate your license in PinkDocs before you send.

Where will I see the reply?

In PinkDocs → Support, with a badge on the menu when there is a new reply, and by email at the address you choose.

What if I cannot open my dashboard?

Use the contact form on this site and include your site address. We will help you get back in, then continue in the plugin.
