All purchases made on PinkDocs are covered by a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy.
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the original date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be eligible for consideration.
This policy applies only to first-time purchases of a license and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or additional services unless otherwise stated in writing.

- Clearly state that you are requesting a refund for your purchase
- Submit the ticket
Our billing team will acknowledge and respond to your request within 24 hours of submission.
3. Processing of Refunds
Once your refund request is approved:
- The applicable amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
- PinkDocs is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or financial institutions after the refund has been issued.
4. Access Termination
Upon issuance of a refund:
- Your license and access to PinkDocs products, updates, and support will be terminated.
- You must discontinue use of all PinkDocs software, files, and services.
- Continued use after a refund may result in license suspension or legal action where applicable.
5. Abuse of Refund Policy
PinkDocs reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse or misuse of the refund policy
- Repeated purchases and refund requests
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse
6. Policy Changes
PinkDocs reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect refund rights for purchases made prior to the updated policy being published.
