PinkDocs offers a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within this timeframe, no questions asked.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible.

  3. Navigate to Support
  4. Select Billing Related
  5. Choose Request a Refund and submit your request

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and processed according to this Refund Policy.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout
  • Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days
  • Access to PinkDocs, including licenses and updates, may be revoked once the refund is completed

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 30-day refund window
  • Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments, or custom code
  • Improper use, modification, or redistribution of PinkDocs in violation of our terms
  • Requests related to functionality clearly described prior to purchase

5. Subscription Renewals

  • Subscription renewals are eligible for refunds only if requested within 30 days of the renewal date
  • Users are responsible for managing subscription cancellations before renewal if they do not wish to continue

6. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of repeated, excessive, or abusive refund behavior.
